Help out with the restoration project of the Historical "Balsam Inn"!
Your Charitable donation will provide for material costs, overhead, and work needing to be done in order to properly restore these rooms.
Each room will have a fully restored floor with coated Poly, Walls will be rid of wall paper, repaired, primed, and painted. Fixtures will be wired to be safe, and thermostats will be placed in each room with updated base board heating. New light fixutures will be installed. Window blinds and coverings installed. Mattress will be replaced, and old furnature that is able to be restored to its original condition, will be restored!
This room is a total of 108.98 SQFT! This room will also include a window replacement, to save on heating costs.
